Thou shalt carry the refuse from the refiners fire away, back to the places of men..
Thou shalt not dig holes of diameter greater than six inches., Tho the Port o Potty be unclean, thou shalt not place in it any thing not of thy body or of the paper of toilet., Thou shalt leave space in thy vehicle to take thy refuse back to the places of men., Thou shalt remove the packaging, whether plastic, cardboard, or other, from thy many things before traveling to the place of black rock., Thou shalt bring to the place of black rock many upon many garbage bags with which to collect the innumerable leavings of the revelers., Thou shalt collect the leavings in thy camp each day and secure the multitudes of blowing things., Thou shalt save the can of aluminum for the blessed ones of Recycle Camp and journey every third day to their midst to make offering. The wet refuse shall not mingle with the dry, nor shall that which may burn share space with the thing that knows no fire. Thou shalt erect a can for each of these things, and all shall honor this segregation., After the great man is burned, thou shalt stay and labor in the encampment of the Blessed Indulgers of the Id of Cheese until it is made pure and clean of all revelrous leavings., Thou shalt then toil for two hours in the City of Black Rock to purify the playa and sanctify thy soul. So let it be written, so let it be done. Blessed be.,” Clean-up Plan Basics Before we leave for the desert: 1) We plan to use materials for our campsite that lessen waste, and are recyclable or reusable. 2) We will avoid bringing small trinkets, flimsy paper, small feathers (boas) and glass bottles since they typically get left on the playa for others to clean up. 3) We plan to set up camp in a way that is easy to keep clean. 4) We plan the breakdown/cleanup of our camp in detail, accounting for every board, stake and scrap., by packing in all the necessary tools for clean-up.
